CCHS Visitor/Guest Policy

CCHS students wishing to bring a visitor to school to shadow them for the day must do the following:

• Permission must be obtained from the Principal or one of the Assistant Principals before a guest is brought to school. If permission is granted, the host student is expected to bring his/her guest to the Main Office to register as a visitor and the meet the Principal, at the beginning of the school day.
• The host student should have advanced approval from the teachers of the courses they will be attending on the visiting day.
• The visiting student must have a signed note from their parents giving permission for the visit and a signed note from their school giving permission for the visit.
• These notes should be given to the Principal or one of the Assistant Principals on the day of the visit.
