1. Set up a folder that has the images that will run in your animated gif.
2. Next, follow these steps:
3. Open Image Ready
4. Go to File>Import>Folder as Frames
5. Using the browse window, Choose the folder you setup in Step 1. Picture 1 on the right shows a folder called: picturesforanim.
6. Click Choose, and Image Ready will load the images.
   See Picture 2.
7. Use the selection options under each image to adjust length of time and other options.
8. Preview your animation
9. Save. Select File>Save Optimized and name your new animated gif. ** Leave the gif in the extension **Be sure to use Save Optimized.
10. Place the gif you just saved and named in your web page or powerpoint folder.
11. Within a PowerPoint or web page, insert the animated gif image. In build mode it will not appear animated but in play slide show or when view with a browser it will animate.
