Home

Year 1 and Year 2 curricula.

This course actually has a two-year sequence, alternating between curriculum forYear 1 and curriculum for Year 2. Typically, a Junior in Advanced I H will be starting with the curriculum for that year. The following year, that same Junior, now a Senior will be following the curriculum for the alternate year. It is therefore possible for a student to take Advanced I H as a Junior and Advanced II H as a Senior without repeating the same curriculum.

Emphasis is in the beginning of the year for the Advanced I H is to read and listen to a lot of French while as the year progresses, high quality French will be expected in both speaking and writing.
