Overview:
  
| How to survive and excell in Mr. Dalicandro's gym class (The Golden Rules): |
| * Respect your classmates. Treat others as you want to be treated. |
| * Must be prepared and on time for classes. |
| * Must be actively engaged in class everyday. Success of the class depends on group interaction and 100% particiaption from everyone. |
| * Abide by and respect our "Spirit of the game" philosophy. |
| Class desription: |
| * Classes are co-educational and meet two times a week. |
| * Classes are approximately 45 minutes in length. |
| * Students are graded on effort, attitude and conduct. |
| * Students must wear sneakers to participate in class. |
| * A note from a parent/guardian is required for an excusal from gym class. A doctor’s note is required for absences due to medical reasons. Grades will not be affected for medical excuses. |

| * Every class students will have the opporunity to increase their strength, endurance, balance and agilty through the following activities: |
| *Tag games |
| *Jogging |
| * Jump rope |
| * Stability ball training |
| * Agility ladder |
| * Flex bands |
| * Balance boards |
| * Dips |
| * Chinups |
| * Pushups |
| * Curlups / Crunches |
