Community Events for CMS Parents and Families

We are in the process of forming the CMS PTG volunteer slate for the 2008-2009 school year. Please consider volunteering. Many of the positions require a modest time commitment, but go a long way towards enriching our middle school community. The Friends of Concord Carlisle Fields have just about completed Phase I: 2 all-purpose turf fields located at CCHS. Come celebrate the Grand Opening Event: Sunday June 8, 12-4 PM: music, food, contests & prizes! We are now working on Phase II: raising funds to complete 2 baseball fields & a softball diamond. Keep an eye out for two exciting ways that you & your children can help complete the job. For information on how you can help, please contact Pennie Driscoll: penniekd@aol.com.

AAA Fund

Thanks to your generous support we raised over $37,000 for our AAA Fund - the only source of support for the after school programs and arts and assemblies at CMS. There is an outpouring of spirit in the Concord community that is always overwhelming, and this feat is something we can all be proud of. Thank you.
